With summer around the corner fresh salads will be too. Here is my father’s recipe for french dressing;

¾ Cup cider Vinegar
1 Clove of Garlic
1 small onion – Chopped
½ tsp. Paprika
½ tsp. Dry Mustard
1 ½ tsp. Salt

Blend till smooth. Turn off blender and add:

1/2 Cup Sugar
1 Can Tomato Soup

Turn on blender. After everything is mixed, and while blender is on, slowly add:

1½ Cups of oil

Yields one quart.

A special thanks to my brother-in-law Wayne for writing this down!
